Delivery Information

Tiny Nippers postage is calculated by weight to offer the best possible delivery price for everyone.

Smaller orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Larger orders will be sent via courier.

We offer FREE POSTAGE on all orders over £50.

If your order has not been delivered within 15 days, please contact us to find out how it was sent. We advise that for orders sent by Royal Mail that you contact your local sorting office as it may be held there. If sent by courier, we will contact them to sort the problem out.

If your order is lost, we will refund or replace your order after 21 days (UK) or 30 Days (Europe).

If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. The postage will have to be paid again by the customer, otherwise your order will be refunded back to you excluding your original delivery charge.

Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch, though generally most orders go out much quicker than this.

Please contact us within 30 days of order dispatch if it has not arrived. We cannot be held responsible for any missing orders if you contact us outside of this time limit.

Please note that we do not allow orders to be picked up, nor do we deliver locally. Please do not choose the ''Collection'' option without prior consent from ourselves. If this option is selected, we will contact you for payment for postage. Until this is paid, unfortunately your order will not be processed and dispatched.

International Deliveries

International delivery charges vary for each item and are clearly show in the shopping cart before you checkout. ALL international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For to minimise chances of lost post. For larger orders we may use a courier. We offer up to 3.5kg for overseas orders. Postage costs are clearly displayed at checkout, and they are dependant upon weight.

Please allow additional time for delivery overseas. Tiny Nippers does not accept responsibility for any customs charges that may apply.
